Choir leaders – T-shirt order form and information
T-shirt order deadline: Friday 14th October at 12 noon.

Please ensure you order enough for the choir and the 2 staff/chaperones allowed on stage with the choir.

All t-shirts are priced at £10 each plus a £20 delivery fee.

Your consignment of T-shirts will be sent to your shipping address direct from the supplier.

The information you give to us, will be given direct to the supplier to fulfil your order.

Barnardo’s will have a VERY LIMITED number of spares that you can buy in the event of an emergency on the day.
