Donations instead of gifts
If you want a way to help others on your special day, you can ask your friends and family to make a donation to Barnardo’s in lieu of wedding gifts.
You can do this by setting up an online fundraising page through Just Giving. Include the URL link or unique QR code in your wedding invitations, online gift list or display a notice on your gifts table.
Alternatively, you can order Barnardo’s Donation Envelopes to give to your guests by contacting [email protected] guests can then post these into your donations box at the venue.

Fundraising after your wedding day
If you've collected donations on the day of your civil partnership or wedding, please remember to pay them in so we can update your fundraising total and thank you and your guests for your generosity. Find out how to pay in your donations.
If you are sending out thank you cards to people who attended, you could also include a link to your fundraising page.
