Changing young lives
Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? Do you want to leave an incredible legacy of helping to drive positive change for them?
Investing in us means investing in the lives of young people and their families.
You have the power to help us go further, to help us reach more young people than ever. We invest your donations into high-impact services and innovative support. Our work is influenced by expert research and is consistently evaluated so we make sure our services reach children when and where they need us.

As someone who was raised in care, I know the difference it makes having someone who believes in you when you are starting out in the world. Barnardo’s provides that belief for thousands of young people each year. I have been consistently impressed by the passion, professionalism and dedication of this organisation.

Barnardo’s Philanthropy Networks and Childhood Champions programmes
Our most committed and passionate supporters are welcomed to become members of one of our Barnardo’s Philanthropy Networks or Childhood Champions programmes; a growing group of like-minded philanthropists who enable us to create lasting change for children and young people.
The Barnardo's Philanthropy Network recognises this support at one of six levels: Ally, Friend, Benefactor, Pioneer, Patron and Platinum Patron – all of which represent the truly incredible commitment to changing children’s lives. Dependent on the value of your donation or similar, your membership of the Philanthropy Network can begin at Ally and progress to Platinum Patron.

How your support helped Preston
After being exploited by criminals, we supported Preston*, 19, to fulfil his potential through an innovative service where young people design their own products.

Our Funding Needs
It’s thanks to the generosity of our supporters that Barnardo’s can be here for the most at risk families, children and young people when they need us most.

How your support helped Bella
The cost-of-living crisis has seen people who previously had to choose between heating and buying enough food now struggle to do either. For families like Bella’s, where neither parent can work, it can be especially tough.
