Antenatal programmes
FREE 4-week culturally and ant-racist designed program supporting you to feel prepared for parenthood. This is a small group of not more than 8 mothers.

As part of the antenatal programmes, our Peer Connectors will support you to create your birth plan.

Tea/coffee support group
We run three Coffee and Tea sessions in the community weekly:
- Monday: Time from 10am to 11:30am. Venue at Unit 3, Pyramid Shopping Centre, PE3 8NY
- Wednesday: Time from 10am to 11:30am. Venue at Gladstone Child & Family Zone, 297 Gladstone Street, PE1 2BX
- Friday: Time from 11am to 12:30pm. Venue at East Child and Family Centre, 21 Durham Road, PE1 5JU
