What we do
The Transition and Training Flats Service aims to enable young people 16+ to make informed decisions in their journey to independence by providing young people with the practical experiences, skill building opportunities and qualifications which will evidence their readiness for their chosen pathway therefore reducing the number of failed tenancies for vulnerable young people. The service provides training flat experiences and one to one independent living and life skills support for young people aged 15 to 25 living in care, semi-independently or independently. More information can be found on our Padlet Transition and Training Flats Service (padlet.com).
We can help with
- We work with young people who are homeless and those living in places that aren't safe or don't have a proper tenancy. We help them get somewhere to live that's right for them, and support them so they can sustain independent living.
