Barnardo's Works Tayside - REACH Project

What we do

The REACH Project is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through Dundee City Council. ‘REACH’ will provide support and training for unemployed young people and adults (16+) to boost their confidence with numbers; equiping participants with essential numeracy, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to improve their financial literacy and numeracy mindset. This will be achieved through delivering a range of engaging activities 1-2-1 and in groups to suit their interests and aspirations, incorporating practical numeracy in areas such as gardening, cooking, construction and daily life. We focus on making maths relevant, practical and enjoyable.
