What we do
The Barnardo's Achieving Change Together 'ACT' Service is an empowering holistic model of support for children, with a disability, and their families. The service will consider the needs of the family as a whole.
The Barnardo's ACT Service provide support to families whose child or children are 0-17 years and present with a diagnosed physical/learning disability.
Through ACT Plus, we also provide support for young adults with disabilities, aged 18 - 25 and their families.
