What we do
Gap Homes Stirling offers housing and support to young people aged 16 and above transitioning to independent living. Our homes are created to foster a trauma- informed environment, both in their physical design and through the personalised holistic support given to each resident. Support is available 24/7 and is designed to enhance their skills and build their confidence to successfully manage moving on to independent living. The Gap Homes team also provides community support when the young person has moved into their own home to make sure they are settled and equipped to succeed.
The service is open for care experienced young people from 16-26 years and the referral will be supported by the local authority.
We can help with
- We work with young people who are homeless and those living in places that aren't safe or don't have a proper tenancy. We help them get somewhere to live that's right for them, and support them so they can sustain independent living.
