Barnardo’s Works Highlands & Islands is a partnership delivered by Barnardo's Scotland and our associated employers. It provides young people with a unique blend of personal support and accredited training, matched with quality work experience and the opportunity for sustainable, independent employment.

We focus on increasing children and young people's confidence, resilience and self-esteem through employment, work experience, volunteering, educational opportunities and qualifications so they are able to thrive.
