What we do
Our Disability Awareness Training is an interactive training course delivered by staff and young people throughout Northern Ireland and can be delivered online over Video Conferencing.
The purpose of the training is to challenge attitudes to disability and help individuals become more aware of Disability issues.
Our young people share their own experiences of the challenges they and other children and young people with disabilities face on a daily basis and their tips on how to be more inclusive.
We are involved in a number of influencing activities; encouraging young people to participate in influencing and decision making at local and regional planning meetings.
Our young people take part in consultations upon request and have taken part in research with Queens University Belfast.
