What we do
A service dedicated to care experienced young people specialising in support to transition from leaving home, leaving care, leaving school and looking for work. the service also provides opportunities to participate in community groups and programmes.
Support provided 7 days per week, including preparation for independence whilst still in care.
We can help with
- Leaving home can be a challenge for anyone, but it can be even tougher if you’re a young person leaving care. We support young people with their transition to independent living, by offering advice, supported lodgings and help getting a job.

- We work with young people who are homeless and those living in places that aren't safe or don't have a proper tenancy. We help them get somewhere to live that's right for them, and support them so they can sustain independent living.

- Sometimes children and young people need a little extra help so they can thrive. We provide services which offer additional support to children and young people such as additional counselling or befriending.

- We support young people to gain the skills they need to enter the world of work by providing advice and advocating for them. We focus on increasing children and young people's confidence, resilience and self-esteem through employment, work experience, volunteering, educational opportunities and qualifications so they are able to thrive.
