What we do
Short break service for under 5's with disabilities.
This service offers support to families whose children have been identified as having additional needs. The service offers a regular drop-in for families so parents can receive advice and guidance and parent to parent support. It also provides short breaks so children can develop skills that will prepare them for nursery and school, such as independence and social skills.
We can help with
- Caring for your family is hard and everyone needs a break sometimes. We give the families and carers of children and young people with additional needs a chance to recharge their batteries. Our services, including our play and holiday schemes, give children and young people an opportunity to have fun, build their confidence and independence through inclusive play, share experiences and socialise in an inclusive space.
