What we do
Family Hubs provide accessible, integrated early help support for families from antenatal to 19 years (25 year with SEND). Supporting the overall health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families while narrowing the gap for the most vulnerable children and young people in the community. The Family Hub provides a safe and secure place with the opportunity to meet other families, people from the community and access support from volunteers and practitioners from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Wellbeing Hubs provide information, advice and guidance for all members of the community from birth to 99 years.
