Reflect Cymru - Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan

What we do

Reflect provides support to women (and partners) that have had one or more children permanently removed from their care. This includes practical and therapeutic support alongside raising awareness of using Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARCs) and supporting service users to access as appropriate.

We can help with

    Mental health

  • No child should be left to deal with poor mental health alone so we provide services supporting children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing. We have centres where children and young people can visit and have a trained worker they can trust and talk to. We help them build their confidence and get to the root of their difficulties so they can feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful.

  • Sexual health

  • We provide access to condoms, pregnancy testing, sexual health advice and guidance. We also support children who have experienced sexual abuse, as well as their parents and carers, so can feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful.
