What we do

In partnership with Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, Solihull EWMHS offer a range of primary mental health interventions to support children, young people and their families. These include individuals who may have emerging or mild difficulties in any of a number of areas including: mood disorders, anxiety, phobias & OCD, as well as individuals experiencing difficulty with anger, self-esteem, trauma, abuse or loss. The team offer counselling, emotional resilience work, parenting programmes and CBT interventions.

We can help with

    Mental health

  • No child should be left to deal with poor mental health alone so we provide services supporting children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing. We have centres where children and young people can visit and have a trained worker they can trust and talk to. We help them build their confidence and get to the root of their difficulties so they can feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful.
