1.The Barnardo’s Weekly Lottery Welcome Bonus Gift Draw (“the Draw”) is run on behalf of Barnardo’s (the “Promoter”), registered charity numbers 216250/SCO37605 by StarVale Management & Technologies Limited, Galgate Mill, The Tannery, Chapel Lane, Galgate, Lancaster LA2 0PR.
2. By continuing with your free entry into the Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. Entrants in the Draw must be 18 years and over and must reside in Great Britain.
4. Entrants into the Barnardo’s Weekly Lottery will (subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for the Weekly Lottery ) automatically receive one entry into the Draw in the month following first payment for the Weekly Lottery being received. 5. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out checks we deem necessary to confirm eligibility to the Draw and you will not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to evidence, to our satisfaction, you meet the conditions under paragraph 3 above. Any person found to have breached the conditions under paragraph 3 above any prizes won by them will be withheld.
6. Draws will take place on the last Friday of every month. Draws that fall on a public holiday will take place on the next business day. If, for any reason the draw date needs to be delayed we will take all reasonable steps to notify you of the change.
7. Each draw is completed by StarVale Management & Technologies Limited on behalf of the Promoter utilising a random number chooser, which has been audited by a Gambling Commission approved auditor, to select winners from the list of active entries.
8. There will be a top prize of £100 and a further 5 prizes of £10 and 10 prizes of £5.
9. There are no alternatives to the cash prizes and no interest is payable.
10. Winners will be notified by post or telephone within 10 working days of the draw date. Participants may call the Barnardo’s Weekly Lottery helpline on 01524 753231 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) to find out if they have won a prize in the Draw.
11. We will pay the prize monies directly to the winners of the Draw by BACS within 28 days of the draw date.
12. To the extent permissible by law, we accept no liability for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.

14. All complaints and disputes relating to the Draw will be dealt with by us in accordance with Barnardo’s complaints procedures. A copy of this is available at www.barnardos.org.uk/contact-us/complaints.
15. We reserve the right to change or update the Draw rules and/or Draw prizes at our discretion.
16. We reserve the right to, without notice or reason, to cancel or refuse entry of any player in the Draw. The decision shall be final and binding.
